We offer low-cost shipping options to most countries world wide. Free shipping is offered on select products. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.

Some items do have a fixed shipping cost and we cannot offer free shipping on them, typically large items.

Due to current events, we're experiencing delays in both processing and shipping. Please allow extra time for delivery. We understand this can be frustrating and apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Larger items that must ship via freight LTL may take up to three weeks for delivery and will require an adult to verify the shipment and sign off on it.

If free shipping is not available for the item: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping carriers we work with. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note, we may need to update shipping the cost after your order is submitted, though this is rare. You will be notified via email and your order will be on hold until you confirm the additional charges.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit depending on the situation.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Unlike other shipments, Items that ship via Freight LTL are non refundable after you sign off on the delivery. Please ensure that you inspect your item before signing. If the item is damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation.

How do I return an item?

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


Which Items are Returnable?

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards
    • Damaged Items shipped LTL after signature of receipt
    • Discounted/Promotional Items (Case by Case)
    • Food/Drink Products
    • Holiday Items Including Costumes (3 Days After Delivery)

The item I received is damaged!

  • If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 3 days of the delivered date. We'll be happy to exchange it.
  • If your item shipped Freight LTL and arrives damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us so we can remedy the situation. If you sign for the item and accept the delivery, we will not be able to accept the return. It is the responsibility of the buyer to perform a complete inspection of the item before accepting the delivery.

Can the items be exchanged?

    • Request is received within 7 days of delivery
    • Original item must be in new condition
    • Exchange may only be for identical item
    • We must inspect the item before your exchange can be approved
