We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return with some exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can use our convenient return center or contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or defective goods are no longer eligible for exchange or refund after this period.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Items that ship via LTL (Freight) are not eligible for return upon accepting the shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, items that were discounted, or on sale, .
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We offer low-cost shipping options to North America. Free shipping is offered on select products. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
Some items do have a fixed shipping cost and we cannot offer free shipping on them, typically large items.
Due to current events, we're experiencing delays in both processing and shipping. Please allow extra time for delivery. We understand this can be frustrating and apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Larger items that must ship via freight LTL may take up to three weeks for delivery and will require an adult to verify the shipment and sign off on it.
If free shipping is not available for the item: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping carriers we work with. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note, we may need to update shipping the cost after your order is submitted, though this is rare. You will be notified via email and your order will be on hold until you confirm the additional charges.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Items shipped via LTL (Freight) are no longer eligible for returns upon accepting the delivery. Please be sure to inspect the shipment for any defects or damages prior to signing.
